Looking to share your design? Once the final digital layout is finalized, additional identical sets can be ordered for $350 each, perfect for gifting to family, honoring a special day, or rewarding your league.

How Customization Works

Once your order is placed, we will reach out within three business days to start the customization process.

• Choose Your Materials: Acrylic, melamine, or something more rare.
• Select Your Tile Colors and Size: Do you like thinner or thicker tiles? Or perhaps the perfect travel set? From one color to more than four layers, the sky's the limit.
• Fill Out Our Design Survey: This is where we'll hone in on your vision. Not sure of the details? Don't worry, we'll tap in to your imagination.
• Review the Proof: We’ll send you a digital mockup. We won't start production until you give us the green light! The tiles will be UV printed in the USA for a smooth tile face.
• Creation & Shipping: Once approved, your custom set will be crafted and shipped.

Design & Proofing Process

This listing is for a fully custom set and includes your initial custom design plus one full round of revisions. Once you share your design direction with me, I will provide precise digital mockups for your review.

Please note: To keep your project on schedule, timely feedback is essential. Any delays in communication or design approval will correspondingly delay the final completion and shipping dates.

Additional Revisions

I want your set to be exactly what you envisioned! If you need further tweaks beyond the included round of revisions, additional design changes and new digital proofs can be added for an additional expense per round or per tile, whichever is more cost-effective for you.

The Small Studio Difference

These tile sets are exclusively developed in an independent graphic design studio. Instead of pulling from mass-produced, big-box factory templates, I carefully craft each design using precise digital illustration so you receive a truly bespoke, modern work of art. While the digital design ensures crisp, flawless lines, please keep in mind that computer and phone screens show color differently than real life, and digital mockups will never be exactly the same as physical printed pieces. Slight variations between your digital mockup and the final printed tiles are completely normal and part of the custom manufacturing process.

A Note on Design and Production Times

As an independent designer, I accept a limited number of custom Mahjong commissions each month to ensure the highest quality of work. Production timelines depend on my current schedule, so before I begin working on your custom set, I'll reach out to establish a timeline that works for both of us.
